My child's progress disappeared

All data is stored locally on the device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, the data was removed too. If you have multiple iOS profiles or used a family member's device, switch back to that account/device to see the original progress. Cloud sync is on our v1.1 roadmap.

The app won't open

Force-quit the app (swipe up from the bottom and flick Pip away). Restart your iPhone. If that doesn't work, delete and reinstall (note: this wipes local progress). Still stuck? Email us with your iOS version and iPhone model.

Where do I change the daily goal?

Tap More โ†’ solve the parental gate โ†’ Daily goal. Pick Relaxed (20), Steady (50), Keen (80), or Intense (120) XP per day.

Can I add another child?

Yes. Tap More โ†’ Add a player. Up to 4 children per device, each with their own progress.

The question seems wrong

If you spot a bad question, email us with a screenshot โ€” we'll fix it in the next release. Pip's questions are procedurally generated, so we catch and fix edge cases as we find them.

How do I delete all data?

Tap More โ†’ solve the parental gate โ†’ Parent zone โ†’ Reset all data. This is irreversible.
