1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pip: 11+ Practice mobile application (the "App") and optional parent account and dashboard provided by Cyber Phoenix Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. The licence we grant you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3. What you may not do

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• use the App in any way that breaks applicable law
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices

4. Children using Pip

Pip is designed for children in Years 3 to 6 (ages 7 to 11).

The App is published in Apple's Kids Category. It has no third-party advertising or third-party analytics, and a parental gate guards settings and account choices.

Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App and any device it runs on.

5. Privacy and optional parent accounts

Children can use Pip and an already unlocked Pro app without a parent account. Local learning progress, drawings and written work remain on the device unless a parent chooses to link a learner and enable eligible saved-learning sync.

A Pro user may optionally create a parent account in the app. Signing in with that account on another device can provide eligible family Pro access while the subscription is active, and uploaded practice summaries can be viewed in the parent dashboard at pip11plus.com.

The dashboard and another device can use only records received by the account. Update and sync the original device first; older or unsaved work may not be available. Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the relevant app store.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, mascot, code, questions, branding and the name "Pip" are owned by Cyber Phoenix Ltd or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law. All questions in the App are original and procedurally generated; we do not reproduce content from any 11+ exam publisher.

7. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors or that it will be available without interruption.

8. Educational purpose

Pip is a practice tool. It is not a substitute for formal teaching, tutoring or a professional educational assessment.

Performance in the App does not predict or guarantee performance in any actual 11+ exam.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Phoenix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
