Levels and difficulty
Ten levels each have an order quota of 5 to 10 crates. New machines arrive as you go, from the Capital Stamper and Adverb Sprayer to the Clause Welder and Voice Switcher.
Later levels add a clock, twin crates, and a quality check where one wrong pick scraps the crate.
Pip moves your child up when they are ready and eases off when they struggle. Each run is short and focused, so it fits before school or homework.
Every level, in the free Pip app
Grammar Factory is part of Pip Pro in the app, with every level and saved progress.
Tips for parents and teachers
- If your child mixes up adjectives and adverbs, remind them adverbs often end in -ly and describe a verb.
- After a level, ask your child to make up their own sentence with the machine’s word type.
- Grammar Factory is good practice for the KS2 SATs grammar paper.
