- For 2028 entry, use the schools’ FSCE guides for Adventure, Beacon and Compass. Include short written English and maths responses, not just answer selection.
- Compass may draw on a range of school subjects. Keep broad classroom learning in the plan rather than substituting a narrow reasoning workbook.
- Work backwards from 3 July 2027 for 2028 entry. The test is in Year 5, so a plan starting in September of Year 6 would miss it.
